Refunds/Cancellations

AANANDAMAYEE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order.

• AANANDAMAYEE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

• If the refund is approved ,amount of ₹ 400 would be retained by aanandamayee Services pvt ltd as a cost towards shipping and packaging charges Additionally an amount of Rs ₹ 50 would be deducted as bank transaction fees & processing charges.
